InterLibrary-Referral Services

Library referral letters serve as an official endorsement allowing individuals to access the extensive resources offered by library consortium members and other libraries. Whether you're conducting academic research or looking for specific resources, these letters allow you to access a wide range of information beyond our library's own collections.

  • A Referral Letter is issued to currently enrolled NCBA students, faculty, and staff who need to conduct further research at other libraries, especially when specific materials are not available in the NCBA Library.
  • Requests for a referral letter must be made at least three (3) days prior to the intended date of the library visit. You may request a referral letter in two ways:
    • Online Request – Access the Referral Letter Request Form through this link https://forms.gle/ZWkPwa3qrvYDB2GH7 or scan below QR code
    • In-person Request – Visit the Circulation Counter at the college library to request a referral letter personally.
  • All library users requesting a referral must comply with the rules and regulations of the library to be visited.
